And here ends one story and another begins. I know it has been a long time since a post or submission came from me but I have a very good reason for that. But first... Hello everyone! I am still alive. Round about 9 months ago I posted an ultrasound picture so as you can imagine after all this time my little bundle of joy has arrived! I had a little boy weighing in at 3.8kg or 8lbs 6oz, He was born on August 11th and is now a month old and a chunky monkey. We named him Lucas Robert Thor (Robert after my father, Thor because my mother demanded I have a Nordic name as I am married to a Norwegian and live in Norway also). Both the husband and

Today marked the day of my first scan, the baby looks to have a strong heartbeat and is measuring in at 7 weeks and 3 days which is a couple of days behind what I originally thought but that was to be expected but out little baby is healthy and that's all I care about. I honestly thought there would be nothing there as I have lost babies in the past but after the scan I'm feeling very very relieved and very very very happy. 5 more weeks and I will have my 12 week scan, looking very forward to that and once I am a little bit further along to hear the heartbeat of our tiny little angel.

Where to begin really, the last few months have been hectic for me. I began the year dating a wonderful man and soon becoming engaged, after that it was wedding planning as we had settled on a date. Things got even more complicated by September with making one of the biggest life changes other than marriage. I moved to new country! Now I am living in one of the coldest places on earth... Norway is such a beautiful place, the people are friendly and very accommodating especially with my lack of being able to fluently speak the language. So along came November 2nd, My wedding day, It was a magical day. I expected to have the general nerves a
